All our sauces are continuously simmered for hours to develop their full flavour and to replicate the traditional 'Italian' cooking style.
We do not use any artificial preservatives or additives of any kind. We feel passionately that the food you eat should be as natural as it can be – nothing hidden. So to keep our pastas, ravioli, tortellini, gnocchi and lasagna as fresh as possible, we freeze our products instantly from fresh.

Simple preparation

Preparing our meals is the simplest part of all – most require very limited or no preparation at all. Simply open the packet and heat on a stove top, or in a microwave or oven. Nothing could be easier. For best results we recommend all our pasta products be cooked from frozen, no need to thaw out.
