Lasagna

The lasagna sheets are pasteurised then layered with theses meats, cheeses usually mozzarella’s, sauced and depending on the lasagna a béchamel may also be used. This dish is then baked in a moderate oven until the cheese is golden.

Ravioli

Ravioli are fresh pasta sheets that are stuffed with fillings, such as chopped meats, ricotta cheese or adaption’s of these and then folded into various shapes and sizes, circular, oval or square shapes.

Potato Gnocchi

Gnocchi are small dumplings, and can be made from generally potatoes or pumpkin, ricotta cheese and/or semolina flour.
They are cooked similar to pasta and should be light and fluffy in texture, and almost melt in the mouth. Roasted Pumpkin
They're used much like pasta, either in soups or with sauces.

Pizza

The pizza is an oven-baked, flat, round bread dough typically topped with a tomato sauce, cheese and various toppings. Pizza dough, In addition to baking them into circular flat breads, you can use them to make many other types of bread, like focaccia or as use flat for garlic bread. For pizza just add some toppings, cheese and bake it briefly in an oven.  Substitutes:   focaccia or baked bread dough (roll flat before baking).
