Our pasta and sauces are as close to homemade as a commercial product gets! We make them fresh daily in small batches using only the finest ingredients – durum wheat flour, farm fresh eggs, continental cheeses and market fresh vegetables and meats – so no-one will ever suspect they weren’t made minutes ago in your own kitchen.

In fact it’s not so much what we put in that makes our products so authentic, it’s what we don’t add – preservatives, artificial colourings and flavourings, thickeners and MSG. We even make a range of organic pastas.

The Perfect Marriage

The Pasta Company combines the considerable culinary talents of Italian bred Salvatore and his multicultural food inspired wife Kerryn, resulting in the perfect marriage of two Australian cultures with their own diverse gastronomic traditions.

This mix of the Orient and the Continent is reflected in the eclectic product list The Pasta Company offer, allowing you to create a menu fit for an emperor or a king from a range that includes Peking duck ravioli, crabmeat with sweet potato agnolotti and roasted pumpkin, ricotta and pine nut ravioli.

While the Pasta Company also manufactures more traditional offerings such as fettuccine and Lasagne sheets, we never cut corners on quality to make sure even the basics are extraordinary.
